All products offered by Raw Mood are delivered exclusively as digital learning guides. These products are provided electronically and become accessible immediately after a successful purchase and payment confirmation.

Because our guides are digital in nature, no physical goods are shipped, and no tangible items are exchanged. Once access to the digital content is granted, the product is considered fully delivered and available for use. This includes, but is not limited to, downloadable files, online-access materials, and any accompanying digital resources.

By purchasing a digital product from Raw Mood, you acknowledge that delivery occurs at the moment access is provided, regardless of whether the content is fully reviewed or used.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
